Simon was extremely tenacious in getting us through the loan process. It was a long process due to circumstances outside his control, but he patiently worked with us on getting the mortgage loan that we needed. He was always there for us, immediately answering questions and attending to issues as they came up (and if you've ever been through a mortgage before, you know how that goes). Highly recommend.
